The London Canal Museum

Although this video does not focus on the history of ice cream, I thought it would be a nice introduction to my next blog post and the London Canal museum. The majority of the video is about London’s canal history, but if you forward the video to one minute and twenty seconds there is a brief introduction to London’s ice trade and Carlo Gatti; an individual who contributed significantly to Britain's mass consumption of ice cream.
